The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the central station and a short distance to the Sassi area. It was also convenient for restaurants, the supermarket, and shops. we appreciated the breakfast vouchers for the nearby café, where we enjoyed delicious coffee and croissants.

Honestly no complains at all. Lovely modern and brand-new unit with coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. Excellent, amazing location in Matera, really close to numerous excellent restaurants, Sassi, and historic centre and numerous excellent restaurants.

I always stay at this place in Matera. The staff is helpful, they found my lost wallet once. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, a bar, a snack bar, and a shuttle service. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The soundproofing in the room was quite poor. We could easily hear our neighbors and people walking in the hallway, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially for light sleepers.
